Terms of Service for “Kronenglut Studio”

1. Provider and scope

Kronenglut Studio is operated by:

It is a private tool with which the operator manages and publishes content on their own social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest). It is not offered to the public; there are no user accounts for third parties.

2. Use of the platforms

Content is published through the official interfaces of the platforms. Anyone connecting an account confirms that they are entitled to use it and agrees to the respective platform terms, in particular:

By using the YouTube features of Kronenglut Studio you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. For TikTok, posting also confirms TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation.

3. Content

The person publishing is responsible for all content, including texts and media generated with AI assistants, and for having the necessary rights (copyright, image and music rights, trademark rights) and for labelling advertising and AI-generated content where required. Content must not violate applicable law or the platforms' community guidelines.

4. Availability

The platforms decide independently on publishing, reach and the availability of their interfaces (e.g. rate limits, app reviews, changes to their APIs). Kronenglut Studio cannot guarantee that a post appears at a specific time or at all.

5. Liability

Liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health is unlimited. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage from the breach of essential obligations. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.

7. Final provisions

German law applies. These terms may be updated when functions or legal requirements change. In case of doubt the German version prevails.
