How to delete your data from Kronenglut Studio
Kronenglut Studio only stores what is needed to publish to your own connected accounts (see the Privacy Policy). You can remove this data in three ways:
1. Disconnect in Kronenglut Studio
Channels → choose the platform → Disconnect. The access tokens are deleted immediately; Kronenglut Studio can no longer access the account.
2. Revoke access on the platform
- Instagram: Instagram app → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove Kronenglut Studio – open
- TikTok: TikTok app → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions → remove Kronenglut Studio
- YouTube: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → Kronenglut Studio → Remove access – open
- Pinterest: Pinterest → Settings → Security and logins or Apps → remove Kronenglut Studio
After revoking, stored tokens stop working and are removed on the next use.
3. Request complete deletion
Send an email to [email in the settings] with the subject “Data deletion” and the account (username) concerned. All data stored by Kronenglut Studio for this account – tokens, posts, activity log, follower history and uploaded media – will be deleted within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation.
Content already published on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Pinterest is not removed by this; please delete it directly on the platform.
